Three ways to pay with your registered TReO account
Pre-authorized online payment option
Once you register your vehicle, your selected payment method (by credit card or bank account information) is attached to your account and tolls are automatically paid and recorded on your online account statement. An email notification will also be sent to you, so you can login to your account and monitor your charges.
This payment option is ideal for drivers who don't want to think about paying their tolls every month as the process is completely automatic.
One time payment option
To make a one time payment, it is easiest to pay online through your registered TReO account. Or if you prefer, please call or visit us and a TReO Customer Service Representative will be happy to help.
This payment option is suited to infrequent drivers or those who wish to not put a payment method on file.
Recurring pre-payment option
To set up a pre-pay method with your credit card, you can call or visit us at one of our customer service centres and stipulate the amount of money you want to pre-pay on your registered account. When your balance falls below $10, we will recharge your balance to this predetermined amount - set to a minimum of $45. Tolls will be deducted automatically from your account balance, making payments quick and easy.
This payment option is ideal for drivers that would rather top up their toll account balance less frequently.
