For Visitors & Rental Cars
TReO, the open road tolling system on the Port Mann Bridge, means no stopping at a booth to pay your tolls. Visitors can register for a free online TReO account, or if they don't have an account, they can simply type in their licence plate number and make a one time payment online.
If you pay within seven days, you'll be paying the lowest rate.
If you'd prefer to pay in person, there are two customer service centres on either side of the bridge. We've also partnered with PayByPhone, so if you use the parking app on your smart phone, you can pay for your crossing right through the app!
Paying for a rental vehicle
Every rental car company has its own policy on tolls, so it's always best to check with your agency before you travel.
- We recommend paying for your crossing online at treo.ca within seven days. It's easy to make a one time payment by your rental car's licence plate number. A TReO receipt will be sent to you by email, and you'll receive the lowest rate by paying within seven days.
- When you return the vehicle, make sure you show your receipt as proof of payment to avoid any extra administrative fees from the rental agency.
If you prefer, you can always call or visit us in person and a TReO Customer Service Representative will be happy to help.
